INSTRUVOCAL is a Genre that has been around for awhile until DJ-SLT-UK placed his signature songs into that genre to make it his own has created where the song starts as an instrumental until the vocals come in normally for the chorus sections and bridge of a song. They must have hooked up in the greenroom of their 1978 Eastern European tour and produced what grew to be DJ-SLT-UK. In this case, Funkadelic and Kraftwerk are guilty as hell.
